• Job Details:- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles. - Prepare budget and financial forecasts information. - Publish financial statements in time-Conduct month-end and year-end close processes. - Substantiates financial transactions by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations. - Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records. - Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review. - Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed - Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups - Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations. - Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. - Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues, and determine budget variances and report the same to management - Manages the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.

• Job Details: Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.  Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.  Perform Cash-flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins.  Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.  Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.  Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup  Insure to present the sales tax reports on time.  Insure and fix affiliates accounts.

• Job Details: Prepare and check all payments either through petty cash & payment request to ensure payment process.  Prepare monthly analysis of accounts (Payable - Prepaid)  Prepare monthly bank Reconciliation & do the necessary entries.  Responsible for accrual accounts.  Responsible for daily bank position.
