• Job Details:*Local • Arrange loading date or delivery date with customers weekly or monthly • Send invoices as customer requires by Courier • Receive claims and issues from Customers to share it with the quality team and follow up till solve it • Pricing on SAP System • Try to get new sales opportunity in Local market ( additional task ) • send samples to customers • Weekly report by over dues with Top Management • Follow up due amounts • Facilitate the sales process between Finance and customer Export • Get and compare freight offers from different freight forwarders. • Handle export shipping process (Shipping declaration, Finals, VGM, BL Draft and confirmation). • Arrange loading dates and schedule with warehouse and quality. • Keep accurate track of all export shipment details. • Follow up on all shipping documents to ensure the on-time finalization of documents. • Send shipping documents to customers. • Handling Freight & TUV Invoices and follow up for break down to send it. • Handling Exhibitors & commission invoices and follow up for swifts. • Sending samples to customers when needed. • Arrange Export pricing • Do SAP orders for shipments, check due amounts • Get approval on prices if we need from finance • Arrange Export process with customs team (invoice, healthy certificates) • Try to get new sales opportunity in export market - Other • Help finance on period audit (it be two or three times in a year) export and local
