Warehouse ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Manages the manpower for the overall warehouses (HR-related activities, timesheets, overall staff health and well-being). Build and manage the overall Warehousing Budget: suggests and implements improvements, repairs, necessary investments, coordinates any budget issues with CEO & CFO to ensures no budget overrun. Creates and implements necessary processes, procedures and instructions to keep warehouses organized and clean. Together with the Senior Inventory Analyst, ensures the control of stock accuracy to minimize loss, damaged stock in all warehouses. Responsible for the implementation of, and compliance with, ISO and HSE procedures in all warehouses according to the company's standard. Evaluates storage space requirements and highlights any potential issues to the CEO for further action. Responsible for the overall scrapping of goods process in order to ensure compliance with the company's scrapping procedure. Manage stock levels and triggers stock movement by generating replenishment orders/ distribution orders and identify the stocks that are in the ware house for long time and bring it to the attention of the concept manager and the Inventory controller Coordinate with all Business Units to meet their requirements and resolve the issues related to warehouses. Coordinate dispatch activity, transportation to guarantee on-time delivery to sites and customers. leading the development of a warehouse management system, and to proactively manage, monitor and account for all assets and inventory within the warehouse and plan for inbound/outbound shipments Monitoring detailed shipping and ground transportation schedules with the Distribution Manager to ensure dispatch from the CLIENT’S warehouse is conducted in a timely and efficient manner Create, develop and update standard operating procedure SOPs and best practices related to everyday operations of warehouses and align with all other SCM functions to ensure seamless operations Providing one-on-one training to Warehouse personnel or sub-contracted staff to ensure that operational needs are met, and development goals are discussed; conduct performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement Establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality requirements Directly liaise with all cross-functional, Logistics Managers and external logistical partners daily to review and deliver the shared Goals and KPIs. Logistics and distribution warehouse managerFull Time

• Job Details: Ensure the site Warehouse targets are achieved within agreed budget and timeline.  Motivate, train and develop Warehouse staff to deliver their respective targets consistently through successful implementation of company strategies and tools.  Manage accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits.  Develop and implement warehousing operations plans, policies and procedures in line with Company strategy in order to achieve the target plan.  Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures through supervision of the site Warehouse objectives, manage the site performance, development and motivation of employees in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.  Provide professional advice and guidance to internal customers on warehousing issues and ensure effective coordination of the Warehouse activities with other departments in order to support the achievement of objectives.  Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers, delivery companies and other outside bodies in order to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehousing operation.  Ensure the effective planning and development of the storage facility in order to ensure the integrity of goods and material supply to the production process and support the achievement of the highest standards of warehousing provision.  Attend weekly and monthly Management Meetings in order to liaise and communicate on operational issues with other departments and to ensure that planned and actual warehousing operational activities meet the needs of the production process on an ongoing basis.  Create a tidy, clean and safe warehouse.  Enforce the implementation of GMP, GSP, GDP and EHS standards at the warehouse in accordance with the company policies and procedures.  Fulfill CARISMA & CAPA actions to cover L1, L2 L3 audits  Create and update standard operating procedure SOPs  Conduct and Preparation for ISO and different customers, GQA, internal & external audits  Implement GPS and lean warehouse required standers.
