• Job Details:- Pursue sales production through the distribution channel (Agencies and brokers) and the direct prospecting on timely and cost effective basis, thereby achievement of profitability basis. - Monitoring production through the dedicated market segment , and ensure that is processed on timely and cost effective basis , thereby achievement of profitability basis. - Meet all the prospective contact persons, the decision makers, (Human Resources directors, financial managers …) and convince them about the insurance corporate products provided by MetLife Alico, such as life insurance, Medical insurance or Pension Plan. - Account Manager for all prospects in my portfolio. - Lead and manage MetLife Alico agent’s team all over Egypt. - Train MetLife Alico agent’s team on selling Group Insurance products on a weekly basis. - Ensure all UND / administration controls are applied for any new business put on books, thereby acting as a Field Underwriter - Ensure all internal and external audit control and recommendations are in place when quoting, or securing, new business. - Ensure timely issuance of group proposals by providing Underwriters accurate and complete assessment of risk quoted on. - Quote the pricing plan with underwriter’s team. - Generate all the requested insurance proposals after quoting the pricing. - Handling the policy issuing request to the operation team to issue the policy and Medical cards along with the confirmed benefits as per the closed deal with the client. - After closing the deal, present to the entire client’s staff how to use MetLife Alico network. - Follow up with the operation, customer service, claims & prior approval departments to ensure the client satisfaction and needs. - Handle the renewals of all the existing clients’ policies based on the underwriter renewal decision. - Provide support to the client in case of employees’ addition, deletion, bills or card’s issuance. - Prepare a weekly activity report to summarize the productivity , visits , closed cases and issued proposals - Another report on a monthly basis to indicate where I am standing reported to the top management - And the quarterly one to show up front of the Regional management during their visits in Cairo - Comply with MetLife Alico code of conduct, and ensure that it is fully adhered to all times. - Carry any new assignment added if any. - Ensure that service standards per Company guidelines are met in corporate solutions servicing.
