Small Contractor & End User & Retailer and prepare full program to cover the market gap and the needs towards this Sales channel (Small Contractor Design thinking-2016) - Supporting Marketing activities by attending road shows in Cairo, Delta & participate in electrician club activities. - participate in developing Schneider Electrician House & Consumer Journey Design thinking. - Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions. - Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/accessibility, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts. - Record all quarterly visits, Sales opportunities & placed orders on Schneider system - Prepare and submit sales activity reports and sales forecasts as are requested required by your manager or Director of Sales.
