- Scan, detect & Penetrate all the Project opportunities types: Residential or commercial (like Palm Hills - Hyde Park- El Qatamiya Hospital – ABC HQ..) within defined guidelines & timescales. High or Medium or Small projects Size are the main company’s scope for the upcoming years for this title.
- Build, manage & maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities & create sustainable accounts (as it’s virgin area and no accounts recorded in our system previously) via F2F meetings with all key players (Contractors,Consultants, End users, Architectures, Small Contractors, Electricians….) and this business model has been hidden for Schneider, is always handled and seen by business partners (Panel Builders, Distributers,…..). - ----
- Collaborate with sales team and distribution partners to execute the business plan & sales penetrations by taking action plans either by taking the lead till the project closure or disturbing the opportunity to the concerned sales team, is happened according to the type of project and how the deal is preferably closed directly or indirectly.
- Cover & penetrate all Point of Sales (Retailer) geographically, then take a clear action plans of how to generate business with new clients and follow up the existing customers wisely to get most out of the products they are interested in.
- Design and deploy the business sales and marketing strategies of the journey bet. Small Contractor & End User & Retailer and prepare full program to cover the market gap and needs towards this Sales channel and this will figure out how to address our efforts right. (Small Contractor Design thinking-2016)
- Supporting Marketing activities by launching new products & attending route shows in Cairo, Delta participate in electrician clubs activities.
- participate in developing Schneider Electrician House & Consumer Journey Design thinking member & one of heads in Real Prototyping – Retail DT Project & in charge of Sales Rep.Play Book Manual and Scenarios Preparation.
- Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
- Record all quarterly visits, Sales opportunities & placed orders on Schneider system
– Prepare and submit sales activity reports and sales forecasts as are required by your manager or Director of Sales.

- Finally, the project study Case has been approved by Country President after clear results received (Direst Sales:5 MEGP & Indirect sales: 2.5M EGP) achieved by coverage all projects in my territory and the output of all retailer is doubled and this model now is replicated in 6th October region by new Sales Engineer who joined in Oct 2015. the strategy & infrastructure plan we set is on now and is working effectively, having sustainable powerful accounts of Projects & contractors & POSs and with good potential opportunities.
- For the Small contractors study case: Now the Company gave us the green light to start new program as a key achievement plus the normal KPIs.

- Prepare quarterly status report and quarterly sales plan to sales manager.
