- Preparing three monthly reports to measure the proportion of projects success,
the required tasks from each employee and the incentive report.
Co-Coordinating with travel agency to book the Air tickets for the Staffs and
the Managers.
- Sending & Receiving Couriers, packages & mails
- Receiving calls and forwarding to the concerned department.
- Reporting directly to the Financial Manager & assisting him in his day affairs when required
- Performing other general administrative duties assigned from time to time
- Contacting Health Insurance Company for approvals, refunds & Chronic cases. Scheduling and coordinating the appointment or meeting for the Director Manager.
- Attends calls and maintains good client relationship by assisting them
- Processing and following up the travel and transportation allowances( surfing and search the best offer via internet)
- Contact with our banks in order to bank statement, cheques and transactions, letters of guarantee, open new account for the employees, etc…
