• Job Details:I was responsible for monitoring each post or visual content on social media platforms (Facebook - Twitter - Instagram - LinkedIn - What's app Business - Live Chat) and decide whether or not it requires a response. I mainly focus on checking new uploads, engaging with the community, investigating issues, providing customer support, or responding to inquiries. Also, my role requires preparing reports explaining the strengths and weaknesses that customers have repeated, as a link to help in developing a successful marketing strategy. The accounts that I manage are: - RAM Medical Group: Saudi clinics specializing in medical care in all specialties (dental - dermatology - medical surgeries). It has 20 branches in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, and Egypt. - Al Safwa Majesty Hospital: A Saudi hospital in dermatological, plastic, and laser surgeries. - Al Kahal Medical Complex A Saudi medical complex that was established in 2013 with various medical specialties (ophthalmology, dentistry, neurology)
