• Job Details:Accounts managed: Coca Cola Atlantic, El Sewedy Cables, Saint Gobain Glass, Sphinx Glass, Universal, Hero food and other general Accounts  Managing Export accounts and insure all KPIS are meet  Co-ordinate with Overseas / Operations Export on Pick up and update clients and all related parties.  Co-ordinate all shipments documents and review with all parties.  Pre Alert client with docs and arrival info on priority basis.  Co-ordinate on the shipment up to final delivery based of the terms of shipment and keeps all parties constantly updated with point to point info.  Ensure billing to the client is done as per billing instructions / quotes finalized.  Follow up Door To Door shipments  Follow up and Closure of all complaints / queries raised by clients for all shipments handled. Page 3 of 5  Maintaining Client DOR or any other report as per specified time frame per client requirements.  Follow up clients financial out standings  Follow up with clients on new business opportunities for ongoing clients.  Maintain close relationship and building up on volumes and revenues with the assigned customers and creating customer delight.  Ensuring Client visits if required are done on periodic basis.  Work in close co-ordination with all departments and other UTi branches.

• Job Details:Description: The International Freight Forwarding Operation Manager, reporting to the General Manager, will be a valuable resource in the continuous goal of exceptional customer service. Managing a successful movement of oversized Cargo. Building strong relationships with key accounts as well as a demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workload in an efficient manner. Job responsibilities: • Building Logistics Department from scratch. Recruitment & training logistics team to ensure setting Productivity targets are met to achieve the company/departmental targets. • Choosing Customizing new logistics software to adapt company workflow • Perform mainly ocean export/import forwarding operations including inland services • Established procedures for replenishment with supplier. • Interact with customers, vendor and foreign agents with excellent service and manner • Manage seasonality demand of perishable goods, fresh and reefer shipments • Managing key accounts activates • Obtain new bookings from current customers • Provide the best shipping option as per customer's requirements • Follow up perform A to Z efficient daily operations from inquiries, bookings, documentation, customer service, billing instruction to closing of shipments. • Follow up the clearance procedures with customs department and finish required documents • Perform the coordination of challenging shipments as required by clients. • Follow up the documents cycle with finance department • Prepare seasonality reports and analysis

Logistics CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:Description: Controlling the export cycle from taking order, order processing till shipping the products to destination. Job responsibilities: • Receive the primary bill from the Export Manager in order to start working on the shipments’ procedures • Reporting about the situation of shipments, time and condition in which they were received • Follow up with production, planning warehouse and purchasing departments to assure the availability of the required items to be exported and to confirm that they meet clients’ requirements. • Follow up the documents cycle with finance department • Follow up with the shipping agencies (land-Marine-Air) to make sure of shipments’ timings • Finishing all customs work for the exported items in coordination with clearance agent • Follow up with the clients to verify exact requirements concerning shipping dates, documents required and destination • Optimize and monitor all freight cost against the required targets • Ensure dispatch is to the customer requirements and monitor dispatch adherence • Communicate regularly with customers concerning any complaint due to delay or mistake in the documents
