• Job Details:• Ensuring Team and assets safety and integrity. • Ensure compliance of the Preventive and predictive maintenance practices, standard procedures and maintenance schedule. • Carry out condition monitoring/ Inspection for rotary and stationary equipment complying with the standards and procedures. • Carry out the annual shutdown/ turnaround plan coordinating with whole maintenance departments monitoring its performance and cost. • Monitor the maintenance schedules and linkage with maintenance department cost of breakdowns. • Supervise reporting of engineering function and asses its performance. • Contractor supervision and assessment of dedicated jobs of Preventive and predictive maintenance • Communicating with regional and global group being member of maintenance network team updating best practices and bench marking criteria • Setting up, reviewing and updating Maintenance SOPs • Setting up, reviewing and updating Maintenance Risk assessments(FMEA) • 5S Auditing Different functions • ISO External audit representative • Performing bi annual ISO internal audit to cross departments.

Mechanical engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Mechanical Preventive and Predictive maintenance planning and schedule update (TBM) as per SAP , Shutdown job list planning and execution • Maintenance Planning coordinator (aligning jobs between maintenance departments and user departments) • Maintaining stock at safe level all time raising Purchase orders and material inspection and approval visually and throughout the SAP. • Introduced to more equipment as:  Dryers, bag filters, and different types of rotary and stationary equipment i.e., booster fans, reactors, Air preheaters • Condition monitoring maintenance and vibration Analysis using several methods of inspection and measurements as :  CSI 2130 Machinery health device, spm 2011 vibrometer and shock pulse analyzer, thickness measurement UT and Inco test, thermography cameras, Stroboscope • Balancing of different size impellers either on site or through balancing M/c. • Supervision of periodical Load testing and thickness testing
