Spare Parts purchasing and Stock Control Manager Full Time

• Job Details:• Develop the company inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, and rationalizing inventory • Manage spare parts stock including stock profiles and stock locations • Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy check • Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete stock • Ensure that spare parts stock control department is well organised and controlled to sufficiently • Ensure Spare parts are ready and available with good prices and when required. • Ensure that any shipments that are late or holding up sales process for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received • Provide routine management information on inventory performance Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved. • Provide researches for new spare parts resources with the best price, quality and the suitable delivery terms • building pricing segments modules for spare parts categories
