• Job Details:May 2015 – Present FAST Riyadh Metro Project, Riyadh, KSA Internal Auditor / Quality Assurance (ICE-SENER Ingeneria) Responsibilities:  Preparation and review of Project Management Plan and Project Quality Plan. Ensure that Implementation of the Quality Management System with compliance requirements.  Liaise with Senor Resident Engineer for the Project Quality Related Issues.  Conduct Quality Audits, prepare reports and Issue reports.  Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRS) where Contractor’s QA/QC system fails.  Monitoring of the open NCRs for closure with Contractor.  Examine documentation of proposed subcontractors where accreditation is claimed or required by the Specification.  Ensure to the compliance requirements of Project Procedure Manual.  Reviewing the QA/QC plans and Quality Control Procedure prepared by the contractor.  Ensure to Conduct Management Review meeting.  Ensure the implementation Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001 (2008).  To co-ordinate with Senior Planning Engineer for the preparation of the monthly QA/QC report.  Conduct monthly quality performance evaluation of the contractor and lessons learned Coordinator.  Independent Checker for the Construction of lines 4, 5 & 6 Metro Riyadh. Checking the implementation of FAST and all involved entities (civil works, track works, systems and rolling stock) processes in design and construction of the project. Checking the project is in accordance with the contract requirements. - ACONEX use for document control. - COMPLYPRO use for contract requirements verification, changes and register. Interface between different project entities and stakeholders.
