• Job Details:-• Managed medical network processes which entailed a lot of medical knowledge. • Handled all communications, expansions and new deals of medical networks. • Maintained high quality underwriting and processing standards for Bancassurance, Credit Life and Telemarketing channels. • Made underwriting decisions up to LE 5 million to issue insurance policies to customers. • Updated the system with the underwriting decisions. • Inputted underwriting requirements and recommendations to the computer system within agreed timescales. • Liaised with distributors when necessary to obtain additional/missing information and manage the pending case load in a timely manner. • Requested appropriate medical evidence within agreed limits and referred cases that exceeded my financial underwriting authorities to the Underwriting Manager. • Ensured that ACE’s confidentiality standards were known and maintained with regard to all customers' medical information. • Ensured the confidentiality of all customer information and provided to authorized inquirers only. • Liaised with International Reinsurers when necessary. • Liaised with Claims Department when required to assist with underwriting requirements.
