SALES & MARKETING MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for developing programs to increase hotel revenue, occupy and make profitable use of hotel accommodation meeting or seminar & other facilities. Conducts presentation to different audience of clients. Promote the features, benefits & services of the hotel, close the deals and provide revenue. Attend operational challenges associated with the group and find or develop alternative solution to solve those challenges. Ensure billing accuracy and conducts bill review with the clients prior to processing the final bill.

FRONT OFFICE-AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVEFull Time

• Job Details:The first person to meet and greet the guests who has prior reservations with the Hotel. Ensuring the safety of the guest from Airport to Hotel. Serves as the official representative of the Hotel with the Department of Tourism and other organization with regards to accommodation.
