• Job Details:- Complete the activities of the warehouse in a timely manner. - Assign daily tasks to his subordinates and evaluate their work. - Make inventory evaluation reports of the work carried out in the warehouse. - Develop subordinates to ensure maximum utilization of skills and achievement of objectives. - Maintain procedures, equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment and an accurate and secure inventory. - Recommend budgetary changes and improvements. - Implement practices and policies to achieve and maintain Warehouse Operating Costs within budget. - Review, recommend and implement, as appropriate, procedural changes to achieve and maintain accurate receiving and shipping of parts and accessories. - Ensure that the shipping and receiving personnel are complying with all mandated policies. - Ensure thorough training/cross-training of all warehouse personnel. - Develop and assign work schedules. - Ensure a timely and adequate supply of all approved material handling supplies. - Follow all established policy and safety guidelines in workplace. - Present a neat and professional image. - Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. - Creates, Update, Fulfills the Warehouse KPIs. - Follow company policies and procedures.

Warehouse & Transport ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Planning and establishing the executive programs for warehouse and distribution / transportation fleet for achieving the targets. - Establishing the distribution plan which insure the delivery of goods to costumers within the planned times. - Issuing the maintenance plan of fleet vehicles. - Managing the renewal of licenses of fleet trucks. - Supporting the MRP rule of following the minimum stock of items and participation during the items coding and storage locations coding on the system. - Insures the documentation cycle and its appropriating with the physical running of warehousing and transportation. - Preparing and updating the KPI'S of the department. - Prepares and presents the fulfillment reports and of monthly plans of warehouses and transportation. - Prepares the requirements of deferent audits (ISO TS, OHS&S, Costumers audits) . - Following the monthly physical count of stores and preparation for the finance annual count. - Appling the preventive actions and corrective action to improve the performance of the department. - Attendance the regular meetings (fast response, W/H daily F. up, MRM, finance, commercial). - Presenting the budget updates to provide the suitable progress for the department / responsibilities achievement. - Problem solving and decision making: issuing within his department and proposing within the other scopes via discussions and suggestions (production, finance, commercial).
