• Job Details:1- Forecasts sales effectively through the monthly analysis of information for key customers and uses the stock management system to order sufficient stock to meet market requirements, while avoiding overstocking and potential wastage. 2- Liaises with local and international suppliers to find new products for the market to increase sales and profit margins. 3- Ongoing market assessment to observe market activities and trends to identify any new business opportunities for development. 4- Conducts regular customer visits to update on customer needs and competitor activities. 5- Works with the Country Manager to identify proactive ways to improve operations and achieve better results and encourages the team to identify ways to develop and increase the customer base. 6- Manage the wholesale business to maximize sales through promotions and marketing activities (brochures, advertising etc.). 7- Manage the day to day JV Camp operation. 8- Identifies staff development needs to meet business needs and arranges appropriate training. Acts as a role model and coaches more junior staff in the company values and behavior expected from staff. 9- Reviews team performance on daily basis to ensure they meet KPI targets and are equipped with the necessary sales tools i.e. product information and stock. Provides guidance and takes corrective performance measures when required to ensure that the team meets set targets for volume, revenue, distribution and market coverage. 10- Sets and manages budgetary requirements for 2&2 operations in coordination with Country and Finance Manager I.e. Advertising & Promotion to ensure appropriate and effective allocation, and closely monitor OPEX & CAPEX to avoid budget overspend. 11- Monitors and controls debtor levels through regular review and works to achieve debtor’s day’s objectives by identifying measures to reduce debt time and the prompt resolution of payment issues.
