• Job Details:- Review & post the accounting transactions. - Manage the cash flow and subcontractors payments. - Issue the annual & quarterly financial statements. -Issue the reporting package for HO. - Dealing with the external auditor for the annual financial statements. - Preparation for taxes (Corporate, VAT, withholding and stamp) inspection, by preparing accounts analysis and document samples. - Dealing with tax consultant, taxe departments and appeal committees.

Finance and Administration managerFull Time

• Job Details:- Review the accounting bookkeeping and treatment activities (AP, AR and GL). - Prepare the monthly/quarterly/annually reporting package (Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow). - Preparing and updating of cash flow forecasting. - Preparing and updating the annual budget. - Review and approve for the subcontracts contract. - Study and pricing new customer projects. - Audit and analyze the work flow for weakness points. - Dealing with third parties (Auditors, subcontractors, governorate authorities,...etc).

Finance, Admin and Operation managerFull Time

• Job Details:- Review the accounting bookkeeping and treatment activities (AP, AR and GL). - Prepare the monthly/quarterly/annually reporting package (Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow). - Preparing and updating of cash flow forecasting. - Communicate with HO in Dubai for finance, admin and operation issues. - Follow up and review the hiring, attendance, medical, social insurance and payroll process. - Follow up the daily warehouse operation (receiving from vendors and issuing to stores). - Dealing with third parties (importer, custom clearance and governorate authorities)
