Organising some Training Days for all teachers across 4 centers (75 teachers) 4. Giving oral and written feedback for my mentees 5. Supervising placement testing for all new clients 6. Delivering re-certification sessions for all existing and new IELTS examiners. 7. Delivering input sessions and giving oral and written feedback to the CELTA trainees 8. Supervising and delivering input sessions and workshops for all TYLEC trainees. 9. Working on the annual expenses/ budget for training and workshops
