• Account manages all key clients to include, monitoring/chasing account payments, customer care calls, updating cost savings logs and making telesales calls to clients.
• Attain new business by contacting new international clients regarding export services, attending international fairs and consultation meetings.


• Develop strong relationships within supply chain to explore existing supplier and distributor base and possible commercial sales relationships.
• Managing formal and informal agreements, contracts negotiations and deals process completion with local and international customers.
• Managing staff, ensuring they remain motivated and are meeting key objectives.
• Reporting on performance on a regular basis to ensure the best possible service is maintained.
• Manage new staff recruitment and orientation.
• Budgeting, planning and sales forecasts.
• Preparing professional sales reports and presentations for internal and external presentation as specified.
• Maintain optimum level of customer satisfaction and work with the quality control team to meet customer expectations.
