- Job Details:1. Develops and conducts the company food safety program to maintain statutory compliance to the prescribed legal requirements in the Food Industry. 2. Coordinates and assists with technical training and overall competency to management and employees with regards to the operational aspects of the food safety program, pest control, operational methods and personnel practices. 3. Utilizes and implements HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards 4. Sets, assesses, maintains, and manages food safety and hygiene for all F&B outlets. 5. Completes food supplier audits, identifying corrective actions required and escalation of major concerns and ensures action as required. 6. Co-ordinates the ongoing development requirements of the department’s food safety program and compliances including carrying out unexpected audits 7. Ensures that all registers and records are documentation relating to the role are properly maintained. 8. Responsible for proper labeling and legal expiry dates of all in-house products. 9. Conducts lab tests of our products if needed. 10. Insures all staff members are abiding by the rules, regulations, and standards set in place. 11. Documents and follows up on corrective action, collects data and compiles reports. 12. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to instill a food safety culture in the organization.
