• Job Details:In addition to administrating (Gtexchange, SWIFT and SARIE) in Bank Al Inmaa, I was also playing the role of administrating and supporting SADAD and SMS GW. SADAD Payment System (SADAD) was established by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to be the national Electronic Bill Presentment and payment (EBPP) service provider for the (KSA). The core mandate for SADAD is to facilitate and streamline bill payment transactions of end consumers through all channels of the Kingdom’s Banks. SMS GW sends different notifications to bank customers (debit, credit and other transactions done by customers). Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain and operate SDAD GW. - Ensure delivery of bank transactions to SADAD GW. - Ensure delivery of SADAD E.O.D file to Bank host. - Trace lost transactions in SADAD GW. Using SDAD Appl. And in AIX server using UNIX search tools. - Report different issues to Bank Middle ware team or SADAD service provider team. - Maintain and operate SMS GW. - Trace any missed notification for Bank customers in SMS GW. - Report any issues through incident system to concerned team, middleware or SMS GW service provider.

Payments & Reconciliation Systems Administrator.Full Time

• Job Details:Gtexchange is a software product used to send and receive financial messages between applications and with various telecommunications Networks. Gtexchange will ensure the routing of the incoming Payemnts to The appropriate units/departments to comply with the Bank requirements. Also will ensure the delivery of outgoing Messages to the proper network and receive acknowledgement. GTmatch is a reconciliation management product of STERCI. It may be used in parallel with Gtexchange for Payment transaction’s reconciliation process. It supports reconciliation for all business lines and market Instruments including: cash, general ledger, nostro, transactions, funds and foreign exchange. GTmatch is a Reconciliation applications used for Bank reconcile process; Main purpose is to check the Balance between Incoming and outgoing bank transactions. SARIE, NOSTRO and GLM, bank host and correspondents MT940, MT950 are used for the input of such systems. 1. Provide first level of support for GTExchange, GTMatch, GTFrame and SAMA SARIE applications. 2. Monitor and operate GTExchange, GTMatch, SNL and SARIE applications, and report any related incidents to the solution provider. 3. Monitoring/operating GTMATCH batch processes (acquisition, matching, …. DB archiving) 4. Ensure the delivery of outgoing/incoming messages to the proper network/middleware. 5. Monitor and operate SARIE and SWIFT connections with Gtexchange and Bank host to ensure smooth running of incoming and outgoing bank transfers’. 6. Investigate and report SARIE rejected messages to business to be resent after fix the rejection reason. 7. Generae different statistics and reports requested by top management using SQL and UNIX reporting tools. 8. Writing shell scripts to fix issue or faciliate business or technical jobs 9. Generate daily reports of incoming and outgoing SARIE messages to business team. 10. Manage day to day system Performance by monitoring and maintaining database space availability, file systems space and messages archiving and databse backup processes. 11. Control SWIFT & SARIE connections to GTexchange, Ensure and control GTexchange connection to SNL and ensure printers connections & GTexchange servers are running. 12. Coordinate with the solution provider to implement any GTExchange, GTMatch, and GTFrame upgrades and bug fixes. This includes the annual SWIFT upgrade for any enhancements or bug fixes. 13. Coordinate with SAMA for any upgrades, regular maintenance and bug fixes of the SARIE application. 14. Coordinate with the release management team on developing the defects/enhancements releases and implementing such changes into production. 15. Coordinate with Data center team to identify the required backup and restoration procedures. 16. Use the incident management system in tracking and updating the GTExchange, GTMatch, GTFrame and SAMA SARIE applications defects/enhancements. 17. Implement changes/enhancements to payments and reconciliation systems (GTExchange, GTMatch) which includes the following; 1. Leading analysis of new requirements with all stakeholders (functional and technical) and solution provider. 2. Create/Update routing rules, ARM rules, units, and profiles in Gtexchange. 3. Set up and Configuration of reconciliation system (GTMatch) matching rules and notifications 4. Coordinate with application integration team on identifying integration requirements and interfaces configurations between the payments and reconciliation systems with other applications. 5. Coordinate with other applications project managers to identify the integration requirements and investigate any incidents/defects. 6. Support users during applications testing, go live and post go live. D- AML (Anti money laundry) For Anti money laundry, Bank Al Bilad used FircoSoft Software for filter and list management. We used to receive local lists from SAMA and to download government official lists form internet. Then after preparing final list we used to upload it to GTexchange and run the related internal servers. Hera are the roles which I played alone or with compliance teams. - Obtain internal lists using Word/Excell. - Obtain government official lists using internet browser - Handle problems related to original lists (content/format) - Prepare the final lists using FFU (Firco Filter Utilities): - FMM for list management - FML for rules management - FLV for list/rules validation. - Get the final list which consists of five lists (bad/good guys, 4 lists of synonyms) - Extract text files for transfers and provide it to business for list test purposes. - Upload the final list which tested by business to GTexchange. - Monitoring/operate GTexchange internal servers for compliance control.

• Job Details:During my service in Riyad Bank, I worked in different departments, Training department, help desk, quality control, developing team and finally support and administrate payment systems. - Implement R.B.B in bank branches around kingdom. - Trainer for Riyad Bank Employees for changes in R.B.B - Help desk support officer; Visit/provide branches by proper solutions for different problems. - Q.C officer, Write test scripts and test different bank systems like LCPS, MIDAS, and EXIMPLLES - Developer for loans tracking system - Help in developing LCPS system (loans system of the bank for 5 years) - Developing IT2BT shell script program to import payroll files from AIX machine and export them to HOST. - Developing BTMS REP with shell scripts and SQL to generate different reports for BTMS users. Finally, starting from (March, 1998) I joined EFT team and was responsible about administrating and supporting payment systems.
