Job Details:During my tenure at Jennings,I had sole responsibility for around 500 employees. I dealt with all aspects of employment from recruitment,selection and training to employee relations and absence management. My position provided the direct link between Directors and other Head Office staff and the staff in our units. I wrote all of our employee documents from employee handbooks to operations manuals and job descriptions. In 2012 and 2013 the Company underwent a major re-structure including two separate acquisitions of fully staffed units, so I am fully conversant with TUPE and contract law.
