  • Job Details:Convert the edited call‐for‐papers into PDF or HTML format to enable the authors submit their issues after publishing the call‐for-papers on the company’s website · Handle Special Issues closing on the company’s website to make them accessible to all concerned parties · Review the company’s website and update any outdated data to maintain it accurate and up to date · Test and fix the broken links on the website to keep the desired quality of the published data · Receive cover samples for Special Issues from the Graphic Designing team to be uploaded on the company’s website with the Special Issue data · Send some of the published articles’ data to the external indexers periodically to be added to their databases as to guarantee a widespread for authors and their publications · Upload the journals’ images on the website to appear on the banners of the journals Edit and convert the website static pages to HTML and upload it on the company’s website
