• Job Details:- Responsible for Analyze, reviewing business requirements and develop enhancements to achieve them and sharing with Implementation Provider for analysis, design, development, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities related to ERP System - Work with top Management, Key users and end users to analyze current system processes and Business requirements, identify gaps and analyze alternative approaches to meet requirements - Prepare designs and maintenance costs for various business application developments. - Design and implement reports for sales, revenues, expenses using Microsoft Power BI and Crystal Reports. - Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services - Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure - Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes - Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs - Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software - Manage IT department Budgets. - Design and implement reports using Microsoft Power BI and Crystal Reports. - Install and administrate MS SQL server 2012, 2016. - Creating and managing backup and disaster recovery plans. - Document all installation, implementation and technical manuals and update them when needed.

• Job Details:- Daily operations, monitoring and maintenance of applications and database systems. includes monitoring application functionality to guarantee the availability of software on the computer network. Creating a backup system for applications and files associated with business operations. - Install and administrate oracle 10g, 11g and 12c under windows server and Linux red hat and Centos. - Install and administrate MS SQL server 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2016 for Dev, UAT and production environments. - Creating and managing backup and disaster recovery plans. - Manage and Operate all Brokerage applications for end user (Front Office (GL SunGard, OMS and Beltone Online and Mobile Trade) Middle Office and back office applications, CRM and Process Maker) - Study, deploy and manage high availability solutions for all running applications, databases and services. - As Database, Applications Administrator duties for managing user permissions and roles. - Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades. - Design and implement reports using Crystal Reports. - Install and administrate MS Hyper-V and VM Ware. - Manage and Monitor availability for all DBs systems, Services and applications on Main, standby and DR sites by Manage Engine. - Document all installation, implementation and technical manuals and update them when needed. - Configure all applications to be running smoothly on both server and client sides. - Contac applications providers to handle applications change requests or Bugs. - Document and track all applications issues on MANTIS application. - Research for new solutions and techniques to improve services performance and stability. - Prepare, configure and test all apps, services on test environment. - QA and test all new apps or bugs solution before lunching to production servers. - Handle network and security issues with their support teams.
