• Job Details:• Responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient section operations. • Design and supervising all the required Predictive and protective maintenance Plans. • Plan and monitoring spare parts stock & annual budget. • Introduce computerizes Maintenance management system CMMS (SAP Sys.) • Work on delivering the departments KPI’s related to Lines efficiency, Equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and energy saving actions. • Lead continuous improvement program by lean manufacturing methods and 6 sigma projects. • Develop problem-solving culture among team members. • Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and safety regulations. • Administer training programs to ensure proper operations and maintenance procedures.

• Job Details:Field of work : • Aseptic Filling Machines • Packing Machines • Processing Machines Job responsibilities : • Ensure that all maintenance employees follow all safety rules and regulations. • Identifying and prioritizing maintenance jobs and plan for the maintenance technician. • Assists in the development, documentation and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for the equipment in the area of responsibility. • Provides troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance skilled trades when assistance is needed. • Assists in maintenance operations improvement program. • Supervises the maintenance skilled trades as they perform all maintenance related activities. • Planning and determination of the level of inventories of spare parts.
