• Job Details:• Manage a team of 12 people from various backgrounds. • Manage resources, delegate and track task assignments, facilitate project status meetings, implement the program or project, and measure its success. Recommend strategic changes required to meet goals. • Ensure client requests/requirements are fully understood, expectations are realistic, and delivery is mutually acceptable and agreed upon. • Compliance with the contracts KPIs and SLAs to a very high standard. Managing the implementation projects to ensure deliverable have been completed and upcoming milestones and/or deliverable remain on schedule. • Act as the initial escalation point for project related issues, particularly as they relate to internal resources. • Produce weekly status reports, highlighting potential risks and corresponding mitigation options. • Ensure completion of project commitments (content, schedule, and cost); and review contracts and statements of work to ensure alignment to project goals. • Review and approve drawings as well as verify and accept delivered hardware as per the approved design. Handle the site supervision of installation with contractor. • Coordinate closely with the internal/external team about the project risk. Verify an approve site installation as per design and client requirements.

OA&M (Operation, Administration and Maintenance) EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• First and Second Level Technical Support for field Technicians and Engineers. • Install, align and adjust microwave links with acceptable RSL, test the link performance and maintain different microwave PDH & SDH equipment as Alcatel (AWY, MXC, MPR, MPT, ADMs 1660, 1662 and 1665). Troubleshoot and monitor 1830 Photonic Service Switch that supports ONT/WDM multi service transport from access to core networking. In addition to Routing and creating paths through wiring and creating cross connections and VPs. • Configure and Maintain the Network Management System between Transmission equipment by using different types of protocols (PPP/IP, OSPF, static routing) and connections (TMN over Ethernet, TMN in band, TMN/RF, V11 and G703). • Install, Commission and Maintain Alcatel Routers (SARF, SARM, 7750 and 7705) also FortiNet Security Equipment (FortiWeb, FortiMail and FortiGate). • Installing, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting for 2G (GSM – DCS), 3G and 4G for different types of Alcatel equipment.
