• Set Sales Plan for OKI Sales Team

• Achieve QCS Targets for OKI Products (Qatar Targets)

• Set Product Prices in Qatar Market

• Maintain highest possible profit margin

• Monitor Product (Equipment / Consumables / Spare Parts ) Stock Position

• Maintain reasonable stock position locally

• Set product forecast & prospects locally


Product Sales Management Duties

• Set action plan to Improve OKI clients horizontally & vertically

• Set action plan to improve product sales through all accounts segments (large accounts / SMB/ Governments sectors

• Create products channel partner in Qatar market

• Set partner targets & prices and maintain partner loyalty

• Motivate sales people to achieve sales targets

• Set controlling criteria to control sales performance

• Improve sales team product knowledge & trainee them on new technologies and features in new OKI Products

• Feed all sales team with competitors’ products positive & negatives points and how they can compete with our product to get the deal

• Set all tender prices and margins

• Support product sales team to broken new key accounts

• Support sales team to close the deals and maintain customer relationship

• Troubleshot all product issues with sales & support tem

• Set with QCS Top Management product Plan for next 5 years


Product Technical Support Management Duties

• Monitor all product support team performance

• Arrange product technical training for support team with the vendor

• Troubleshot all product issues with technical support tem


Duties with Product Main Vendor

• Responsible about All OKI Main Vendor Communications

• Achieve Vendor Products Targets

• Prices Negotiations with the vendor

• Feedback the vendor with all competitors’ prices and strategies happen in Qatar market & provide the vendor with suggested solutions

• Discuss with the vendor futures plan for next 5 years for Qatar market (product manufacture plan purpose )
