Senior Production EngineeringFull Time

• Job Details:•Plan and organize production schedule ,Monitor material usage variance and minimize losses and waste •Following all the Manufacturing in process steps. •Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts Reports and analyses deviations from plan. •Supervising all the production team. •Production of different types of special dryers, anti-foaming agents, dispersing agents and other additives used in paints industries (the only company in Egypt, which produces dryers, dispersing agents and additives,). •Design and operation of some equipment (vessels, reactors and Condensers). •Leadership the team working to achieve the production plans. •Prepare Production reporting weekly and monthly and sent to the management. •Preparation and processing all papers related of ISO-9001 Certificate •Responsible about the weekly plan and follow up to achieve the plane Target. •Co-Ordinate with Purchase and Customer service to achieve the priority and weekly plan •Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space Requirements and equipment layout.
