• Job Details:- Dealing with clients developing the Customer Service skills which resolving conflicts or complain of any clients regarding their loan and queries of the amount of loan that they can avail. - Advising clients the particular amount of loan and collateral that would resulted to non-delinquent borrower and that we could achieve or maintain the monthly delinquency rate or below 7% - Updated billing statement sent to borrower that would resulted to proper payment of loan at exact given time - Disbursing loan vouchers and proper filing of individual credit folder for easy and accurate records of individual creditors - Keeping of individual collateral at safety vault and logging it properly for locating and arranging files smoothly - Preparation and printing monthly reports for proper monitoring of Loan Portfolio which develop the skills of Loan Portfolio Management - Developing other task as Cashier/Teller wherein disbursing and receiving cash transactions of the financial services, making daily cash position reports for proper monitoring of cash flow, budget and analysis - Developing other task as Bookkeeper/Accounting wherein proper recording and approval of financial transaction for the daily financial operations
