Energy and Automation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Full management of all Energy and natural sources i.e. Electricity, Natural Gas, and Water and build annual plans. -Provide and implement sustainability solutions to meet annual savings targets and JTI commitments. -Lead and Manage IACS/ Robustification process, Energy management system and related certifications and audits. -Direct Oversight and management of all automation process engineering. -Perform proof of concepts to help recognize the feasibility of automated solutions. -Establish Capex and Opex budgets for Energy and automation plans. -Ensure proper installation, and operation of all equipment and components such as Distribution panels, field panels, PLC control Panels, HMI, Programming logic, control loops, floor level network, and related infra structure. -Participate in all equipment assessment and selection to ensure compliance with the latest JTI energy and automation standards. -Manage technical fault system and provide timely solutions. -Provide plans to upgrade all buildings based on JTI standards. -Manage frameworks related to Energy and automation with external parties. -Manage consultants work and requirements related to Energy and automation. -Provide production team with the right utilities requirements to ensure steady production. -Conduct regular maintenance plans for Energy and automation. -Close monitor of all areas owned by the Energy and automation team. -Coordinate site contractors’ activities. -Follow up contractor progress in the site Vs. the project time line. -Coordinate different site layouts and drawings ( Civil, Mechanical & Electrical). -Lead and ensure implementation of multiple projects within timely, budget, quality and safety standards. -Project Development & Execution. -Manage the process of transforming requirements or ideas into executable engineering propositions and plans. -Contracting Suppliers and offers study. -Responsible for engineering activities within the business relevant to scope.

Trainer and Maintenance Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:-Manage maintenance team, and monthly shifts schedule following the shift rules. -Plan the preventive & corrective maintenance activities during planned time frame. -Ensure implementation of the mechanical and electrical maintenance programs during planned time frame. -Responsible for technical inspection of spare parts for machines and express technical opinion with acceptance or rejection. -Incorporate creative thinking into the problem solving approach to identify unique and different ways to make things better, more consistent, faster, cheaper, efficient. -Prepare diagrams, charts, tables to reflect findings and recommendations which contributes in reducing the suddenly breakdown time. -Understand health and safety aspects of the work, identify the hazards, assess the risks, and ensure that control measures are implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for employees under their supervision. -Responsible for new maintenance team members’ training and client training. -Reviews deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance, analyzing equipment, operating data. -Manage Maintenance team expenses and tools. -Perform any other task given by direct line manager.
