    • Job Details:•During my time as QA inspector, I focused on collecting samples from raw materials, in-process and finished products and record the test results into our system and check out for defects or deviations from company internal production plans or standard’s specifications, to accomplish that I had to prepare the essential chemical and microbiological (we use violet red bile agar) solutions and perform chemical and Microbiological examinations as(Coliforms):  E-coli: Test for identification and presumptive identification of E- Coli.  Listeria and Salmonella: Test for detection and presumptive identification of the Listeria and Salmonella sp.  Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus: Test for detection and presumptive identification of the Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus cereus.  Yeast and Mold plate analysis: Enumeration of yeast and mold colony forming units (CFU). •To ensure the optimum food safety and quality I must also apply prerequisite programs including, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP’s) and applying on the production area. •Additionally, I was responsible for applying health & safety principles on production line by taking swabs from inlets and outlets of all machines and make microbiological tests as stated above. •Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly internal audits on all related activities (Analytical Lab & Production Line & raw materials Inventories And final products Refrigerators).
