Supervised general accounting team of 12 including allocating responsibilities, training, coaching and mentoring Worked the feasibility of a new Trucking unit by analysing and preparing investment proposal, supervised the operation of same and advised effective operation as per decision base as a result it is earning good profit from the starting year. Developed performance measurement parameters. Conducted periodical analysis of KPI’s of both finance and non-finance functions. Developed strong understanding of current accounting and reporting processes, ensured compliance with GAAP and company policies and made recommendations for improvement. Drove the RM (Risk Management) project and implemented risk register to protect theft and other risk in the region. SWAT analysis showed to the cluster team to improve the risk situation and awareness among the staffs. Successfully implemented FACT (ERP) in the cluster (nominating right team for FACT, actively monitoring and helping them to map activities in FACT.
