    • Job Details:• Managing controlling department LSG Sky Chefs Egypt Joint Venture - 1st Joint Venture between governments owned Company and Multinational. • Starting from 2018 Controlling department had been extended to be responsible not only for financial controlling but also for all company department’s control, • I promoted to the current position after wonderful achievement by strict controlling in all sides and departments, which leaded to reduce the material cost from 52% into 32%, which had a huge effect in the company profitability. • The below responsibilities which i curried during last 8 years still on my duties in additions to lead a big team who is responsible for Finance control,store control , cost control, purchasing control and costing. • Managing Finance controlling, Building cycle documentary for cash, bank, Purchasing, And stores leading the company resources for best use. • Develop effective strategies to ensure the management accounts and management information on budgets, forecasts and business plans is provided in a timely manner and conveys detailed information and analysis to enable the business to make strategic and operational decisions. • Enable managers to have visibility of the margins and costs for individual customers, products and production lines, and be able to respond to opportunities in the market. • Evaluate and report on the actual costs and benefits of sales, marketing and promotional activities, the validity of forecasts, and provide advice and evaluations for future market development activities. • Treasury Management to actively manage the cash flow and working capital of the business and oversea the effective management. • Build effective team and cross functional team working relationships • Review annual performance results and directs resources to enable the business to develop appropriate capabilities and a talent pool for future growth • Solid record of costing and pricing methodologies securing margins through economic and business analysis while maintaining customer satisfaction • Involved FIFA Plus project (SAP/SAPMM/SAPSD/CO) for LSG Sky Chefs Egypt .Completed business process implementation at different departments for more optimization, higher productivity and efficient internal control. Continuously conduct GAP analysis and lead steering meetings for corrective action and successful process follow up. • Preparing company Budget, plan CAPEX Commensurate with the resources available to achieve the greatest return-profit while keep the high quality. • Manage the process of internal audit Plus Control process of auditing with Government and local auditor • Preparing the analyses of all (Balance sheet, Income statement, payroll, procurement) with comparing between the BUD and ACT to clarify the weakness and strong points in company accounts to keep the best return-profit. • Preparing all Finance presentation “board meetings documents - Staff Meeting- Management Report”. • Control production plane and its effect on store, production and Purchasing for Food Cost Control. • Closing month accounts and prepare P&L, BS on behave of chief accountant if it’s needed. • Preparing Company SOP (Standard Operating Produce).
