- Job Details:Managerial duties Manage and maintain all correspondences with principals, clients and suppliers on behalf of the Chairman. Deliver speeches, write articles, and present information at meetings or conventions in order to promote services, exchange ideas, and accomplish objectives. Business development & Sales duties Carrying out communication with Clients (correspondences, meetings and seminars) Offering Proposals and preparing tenders both technical and commercial. Introducing services to the clients through preparing materials, profiles, website data preparations and catalogues. Prepare materials for presentations and/or reports. Follow up with Clients the situation regarding our service, performance & needs. Coordinating between departments routine inquiries. Manage, audit and control filing system. Administrative duties Independently researches, selects, and analyzes information from varying, unspecified sources. Draws basic conclusions and formulates recommendations based on information collected. Searches for business sources through internet, corresponding to them for collecting technical and commercial data. Issuing purchase orders and following up the execution of the orders. Legal duties Reviewing, preparing, and modifying international contracts and agreements. Negotiate; approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors and state agencies Logistics Following up shipments in respect to manufacturing process, perform inspection by third parties, freight forwarders collection, shipping instructions and Free zone or custom declaration regulations.
