• Job Details:• Project cargo based on PO / RMA. • Manage liaison with suppliers and origin stations. • Provide shipment information to customers. • Liaison with Project Managers within the company to facilitate shipments. • Assist in tracking shipments and providing alternative information. • Provide GRN to team and accordingly arranging transportation for final delivery. • Manage time frame of every shipment by ensuring that they have not been roll over or cancelled. • Alarming team for any delay in ETA and arranging alternative way of managing project cargo. • Cargo Management, Space allocation, Inventory details etc. • Preparation of PO for Warehouse and Freight providers based on weekly invoices. • Keeping track of cargo moving IN & OUT. • Palletizing, Labelling and Barcode; if required. • Taking care of Imports & Exports of road, sea & air. • Dealing with some of known clients like GHQ, ETISALAT, DU, SIEMENS, L&T etc • Submitting report of daily as well as monthly to reporting Manager.
