    • Job Details: Leading with the GM the preopening team, facilitate the implementation of building system repair and replacement solutions, managing in-house, subcontractors and third party services, coordinate and monitor strategic preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor service level agreements (SLA) for in-house and external service providers, establish key performance indicators (KPI) to measure agreed service levels, Implement all health, safety & security requirements (HSE) and ensure are in accordance with civil defense and other regulatory bodies etc., conduct comprehensive physical and contractual Facilities audit as per the agreed annual schedule. Manage relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors and all concerned authorities & parties to ensure cleaning, maintenance & repair services are completed without any dispute, litigation or cost overruns, conduct in-service training, provide input into the development of the operating budget and Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance. We managed to add the necessary modification to have the right shape of the DELUXE Hotel, going through each and every details starting from the license through furnishing and staffing. AT THIS ROLE MY DUTIES INCLUDES MANAGING BELOW DEPARTMENTS:  Managing entire hotel’s Facilities operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, health club and F&B departments (including subcontractors tenders preparing, observing, and supervising their performances)  Food & Beverage services  Security and CCTV operation  Transportation operation(staff & guest)  Swimming pool, and health club  PRO work such as, renewing hotel license, dealing with (DM, DTCM, DP, DPS, DCD).  Administration and HR work, such as conducting all departments trainings, vacations planning, duty roster, transportation timetable, and all work related to HR internal department i.e. ID, visas and insurance renewal.
