• Job Details:Management of Quality control process:  Responsible for managing the processes of inspection and quality control during the manufacturing processes of three pieces aerosol cans (sheet metal cutting, forming, welding , and seaming)  Manage and coordinate works of quality control inspectors on a daily basis.  Identify, analyze, and report causes and quantities of the defected products.  Plan and Apply corrective and mitigation actions to maintain less rejected products percentage.  Prepare requirements and specifications of the required raw materials and machines, and engage with technical committees to evaluate and select the approve tenders and offers. Quality Assurance responsibilities:  Review and assure the requirements of the quality management system (ISO 9001), the environmental management system (ISO 14001), and the occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS18001) are met effectively and improved continuously.  Execute internal audit program to address and report the non-conformity with the ISO standards.  Prepare an annual report of company’s quality objectives and follow them up. Key Achievements:  My commitment and persistent cooperation with the quality department team resulted in renewal of the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS18001:2007 certificates in 2015. Current Projects:  Prepare the company to obtain the certifications of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 in late 2017.  Plan and develop an energy management system that complies with ISO 50001:2011 requirements to decrease the costs of energy by 5% annually.
