• Job Details: • Initiate chemical management procedure starting from purchasing till waste disposal including storage. • Responsible for chemical warehouse rehabilitation, set chemicals in categories based in compatibility, storage requirements, and suitable firefighting media all based on relative MSDS. • Responsible for flammable materials storage in process safety management (PSM) considering ATEX hazard. • Responsible for developing HSE tracking system to make it efficient, track unsafe actions and unsafe condition till closure by action owner • analyze clinic statistics to identify major health problems to highlight occupational illness and put corrective action • follow up on BOS (Behavior observation system) to monitor safety culture transformation , and set plans to motivate employees to adopt safety culture (by rewarding , facilitate tasks, open discussion and manage top management site tours to reflect top management commitment) • Investigate safety and environmental incidents , Root Cause analysis and put adequate corrective and preventive actions , communicate incidents and near misses as learning lessons • Develop training material for hazard material handling • Conduct chemical audits on chemical warehouses in site and in lines • Work with departments to substitute hazard material with safe or less hazard ones • Responsible for hazard waste management ,work on reuse waste or refilling
