• Job Details:Recruitment and Admin Specialist at SQS Egypt • Recruitment including: - Designing/posting job ads - Conducting phone interviews - Conducting face-to-face interviews (if required) - Fully organizing employment fairs including giveaways - Conducting a weekly Recruitment Follow Up Meeting with the Executive Management Team • Managing Travel/Visits: - Flights & hotels booking - Per Diem planning - Responsible for guest visit’s organization including catering, flight/hotel booking, evening outings • Office Management: - Managing office boys (schedules, evaluations, salary proposals) - Controlling office supplies and stationary - Planning company’s events • Reporting as required

HR GeneralistFull Time

• Job Details:- Update company organization chart monthly - Review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. - Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. - Assist in job analysis & job description project. - Administrate schedule training and development courses. - Administrate and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. - Responsible for ISO tasks for HR department. - Preparing training letters for trainees, training commitment. - Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
