- Job Details:• Managing and organizing the HR filing system. • Maintain the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office. • Managing the employees’ personnel files, daily attendance, vacations and permits, penalties and rewards and the process of monthly salary. • Act as the contact person with the governmental offices (labor office or social insurance). • Execute for all employees in the company Form 1 upon employee hiring and executes Form 6 upon resignation; coordinate their submission to the social insurance office and have the original filed in the employee personnel file. • Handle all regular payments with governmental offices. • Responsible for the medical insurance coverage of all employees in the designated region • Managing the recruitment process (using internet, phone, job fairs and others). • Screening and monitoring resumes and short listing suitable candidates. • Organize social events and monthly employees’ activities. • Creates, maintains and updates staff records on the HR database and issue regular reports as required. • Coordinates and arranges the medical checks for the newly hired employees, ensures receipt of their medical results prior to proceeding with their on-boarding procedures. • On boarding of employees and conducting new employee orientations, opening bank accounts and ensure the issuance of new employees’ ID cards • Prepares contracts for the newly hired employees and provide them with the on-boarding documents and credentials' list. • Handles all employee termination procedures in coordination with legal advisor to ensure all company's and employee’s rights are well preserved. • Ensure compliance with employment and insurance laws as well as the company’s policies and regulations. • Assist HR manager in preparing Training Schedules. • Coordinating with the trainers whether in-house or external training suppliers. • Investigate employees’ problems and disciplinary actions and submit recommendations. • Coordinate exit process for departing employees • Completion of exit interviews and off boarding “checklist” • Keeping records of active employees and leavers data base • Prepare and update organization chart
