Taking risk mitigation steps to ensure project progress and completion as per scheduled timelines • Manage Change Order process • Ensuring compliance with quality specifications during the project lifecycle, as defined by the client • Provide a line of sight, motivation, conflict management to the team, with an open door policy • Liaising with vendors for procurement of required hardware & software • Worked on more than 30 projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Syria, Ghana & Libya Business Consultancy • Business Requirements Gathering through interviews, workshops, training sessions and review of internal procedures (manuals, workflows and observation) • Documentation of Functional Requirements Document, Gap Analysis (AS IS & TO BE), Technical Analysis, Workflow & Process Design (Business Process mapping & Reengineering to align it to the “to be” scenario using MS Visio) • Proposing customized solutions based on the client Business Operating Model • Data Transformation and Mapping through the extraction (acquire the data from different sources), Transformation (analyzing & Cleansing the records), and Loading (ETL) • Carrying out Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM & SharePoint System configuration, customization and report generation • Testing & Training; Compatibility, Functional, Integration, Performance and User Acceptance Testing (including preparation of Test Plans, UAT test scripts and manuals) • Leading teams of technical professionals during the development stages Support • Providing training to end-users in the post-implementation phase • Conducting periodic reviews with customer, analysing trends to take proactive measures improve productivity
