- Job Details:1. Refer qualified applicants to Human Resources Manager, Department Heads and Division Heads. 2. Assist in screening applicants, do reference checks, background check, medical check and facilitate new hire checks. 3. Assist to process and maintain confidential information and to properly document information for payroll purposes, i.e. new hire, personal information, wage changes, termination, etc. & ensure accurate information are recorded in the HR system on time efficiently. 4. Assist to actively participate in the new hire orientation program. 5. Check the office mails a minimum of twice daily, by 10:00 AM and again before 5:00 PM. 6. Process PSAs, including completing, distributing and filing. All PSA’s should be delivered in a confidential envelope when routing. 7. Assist in organizing employee activities. 8. Assist to generate list of outstanding (non-compliance) reports concerning performance reviews and training checklists. 9. Prepare and submit a monthly turnover report. 10. Participate in the rotation of all bulletin board materials. 11. Greet applicants and employees and handle all questions in a friendly manner. 12. Ensure that the cafeteria is clean and well decorated during holidays and special events.
