• Preparing annual planning and budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the capital expenditures across the company with company’s departments.
• Manage cost control for projects of total more than 70 Million EGP.
• Coordinate and work with projects managers to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work by Managing Communication plan with projects key stakeholder.
• Maintain a reporting analysis of key performance measurements for the company’s CAPEX and working capital and prepare appropriate contingency planning with company’s departments
• Establish comprehensive cost control process to manage budget, process invoices, and to monitor project expenditures against approved project budgets
• Coordinate Final consolidation of 5 year Investments plan budget to be presented to the management for approval.
• Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Review documents of approved projects, confirm that it’s within proposed budget, closing the fiscal year of Capex on SAP with financial area, insert new budget on SAP.
• Perform project costing Reports for corporate and finance department on monthly reports of project progress that generated to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Analyze the projects realization within the planned cash flow & re-plan the cash flow for the projects.
• Planning and control of the annual budget of costs and expenses, through analysis of opportunities for the reduction of costs and systematic follow-up of the results. Using GDR to capture deviations and analyze it.to be able to get opportunities for the reduction .
• Receive actual costs monthly reports from Accounting Department. Verify costs on SAP. Evaluate & Monitor the Company monthly performance by preparing required monthly Income Statements and PROFIX Reports (Balance Sheets). Compare Actual performance reflected in numbers to the budgeted performance (such as; quantities produced Cement & Clinker, Cost of Maintenance work, Costs of production, Quantities sold & its price... etc.). Define & highlight any -ve or +ve variances. Investigate reasons behind these variances. Present to board management the conclusion of company's performance attached with appropriate justifications.
• Follow-up on SAP continuously and check costs assigned by different departments on different Cost Centers. Check if costs allocated correctly to the correct Cost Centers. Communicate with departments' responsible & correct wrong postings. Receive guidance from CFO. Implement new Corporate Methodologies aiming at better controls over local cost systems
