• Job Details:• Responsible for running of all hosting programs in AFS Egypt (in 10 cities around Egy) • Assess suitability of families for hosting (Supervise matching host families with exchange students according to shared interest and characteristics) • Organize and conduct orientations for host families, exchange students to facilitate adaptation process and do counseling for cross cultural differences. (we host students from countries including: USA, Canada, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, Denmark, Norway, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Colombia and Bolivia) • Organize and conduct Trainings for volunteers to familiarize them with the program and the ICL Models • Support and Counsel the participants and families during their participation on the program. • Take decisions in promoting and making plans for promoting the hosting program and supervise the process.
