• Job Details:• Respond to all RFI’s, RFQ’s & RFP’s. • Tendering manager for all services. • Global management during the offer preparation. • Elaboration of the whole offer technically & commercially. • Responsibility of all technical aspects of the offers (dimensioning, Quotation, statement of compliance, scope of work…) • Presenting and promoting Alcatel- Lucent’s solution and portfolio. • Prices proposals including Alcatel-Lucent solutions, equipment, 3rd party equipment, services, etc… • Assistance to the sales forces during offer negotiation.
