13. Driving strategic HR initiatives to realize bottom line results and enhance employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives, through maintaining a solid grading structure , implementing a competitive reward plans and developing performance management system in fulfilling these objectives along with a motivational rewarding system that guarantee employee engagement.
14. Practice full array of HR duties: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Payroll processing, Personnel, and internal communication.
15. Managing and development the HR system.
16. Developing the job grading structure.
17. Evaluating job positions across the organization.
18. Preparing the salary structure and recommending compensation adjustments based on the grading and job evaluation process.
19. Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits to ensure a balance between cost control and attracting and retaining staff.
20. Preparing all the statistics that might be needed concerning to salaries and benefits.
21. Plan, design and implement the recruitment process.
