• Job Details:– Process Lead on the cross-functional project team – Gathered and analysed data to help with root cause analysis on production lines – Proactive in the use of integrated problem solving & Six-Sigma while containing issues, bringing the reject rate from 20% to < 1% – Set new standards and ways of working to increase both traceability and attainment, in direct contact with suppliers as part of this – Drove cultural change by helping integrate 4CP and other tools into the array of techniques used by staff to root cause issues – Coached and led others in application of root causing techniques and trial design – Risk assessed all minor and major changes to processes with management – Optimised processes and equipment to improve quality, yield and throughput – Provided technical support to the three production plants – Worked closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Regional Technology Departments in helping manage the facility – Met with New Product Introduction team to integrate new products into the facility – Spent three months on secondment in Continuous Improvement working on Performance, Rejects and Quality, winning Kaizen of the month in this period
