• Job Details: Implementing customer service maintenance operations in the designated geographical area regarding preventive and corrective maintenance for medical devices (Hemodialysis), following the standard operating procedures.  Provide coaching and training to the client unit staff on best practices and preventive actions for decreasing user-stoppage time or technical failures.  Review, renew and deploy service contracts for new/existing clients including their requirements and requests in accordance to the company policy as well as keeping a strict up-to-date filling with contracts on DB.  Issuing new quotation, cost estimation for service and spare parts regarding maintenance activities to customers followed by Invoices after the satisfacatory completion of the maintenance task as well as following-up the payment process.  Fulfill all the service reports documentation requirements (including various equipment data status, running time and various other comments in the checklist provided by the company).

• Job Details: Provide product technical support during device implantation and device follow-up.  Promoting company products to existing customers and attract new customers.
