• Job Details:• Prepare Monthly and YTD STT and NTS analysis per SKU, Brand and franchise for every channel (General Trade, Modern Trade and Pharmacies) VS. Business Plan, last year and the year before to help us to prepare an accurate business plan and to measure franchise and channels performance. • Prepare Monthly stock analysis for every distributor and calculate stock cover to assure keeping healthy stock at distributor side in order to avoid any shortage and highlighted over stock in order to work on it and give suggestion to Sales and Marketing team. • Prepare Monthly sales order (NTS) for distributors as per business plan, stock and marketing needs. • Prepare a daily shipment follow up report for every distributor. • Prepare Monthly and YTD Egypt business overview and analysis (NTS and STT). • Prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly business plan for every channel. • Prepare customers classification ( A, B, C and D ) • Prepare monthly suggestions report for Sales and Marketing • Prepare marketing share presentation Skils: • Expertise in Using Microsoft Tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, WordPerfect • Excellent command in English (written and spoken) and Expertise in Microsoft Office applications • Possess strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to work accurately under pressure • Ability to learn new technologies and products, in short periods of time • Self motivated • Hard worker, supportive, trustworthy, and very responsible • Good communication skills and presentation skills • Very organized in my task and responsibilities assigned to me
