Assistant Resort Director of ITFull Time

• Job Details:Works in close collaboration with the Resort Director of Information Technology in providing leadership, direction, and guidance to staff and managing operational activities to achieve the department’s long and short-range goals and business objectives. Directs the provision of IT support and services, managing the IT department’s work teams and units. Assists the Director of Information Technology in formulating and implementing policies, procedures, and standards. Recruits, interviews, and selects qualified staff. Defines roles and responsibilities of employees and work teams. Administers personnel actions and enforces personnel policies and procedures. Participates in resolving employee relations issues. Ensures employees understand their job duties and how performance will be measured. Evaluates employee performance and provides feedback. Identifies and facilitates training and professional development opportunities for staff to support skill development. Assists in preparing, monitoring, and administering annual budget for the department, including staffing, equipment and supplies. Coordinates reviews and analyzes requests for proposals ensuring compliance within technical specifications. Acts on behalf of the Resort Director of Information Technology in his absence as directed.

IT ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Designing training programs and workshops for staff. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. Running regular checks on network and data security. Conducting regular system audits. Providing direction for IT team members. Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget. Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups. Manage information technology and computer systems. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Audit systems and assess their outcomes.

Assistant IT ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of the IT department. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Represent the IT department in management meetings and deputize for the IT Director in his absence. To work and manage suppliers/ vendors and ensuring servicing are well maintained.
