• Job Details:ss fiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) & Fiber reinforced Plastic (FRP) material, Pipe Fitting inspection with reference of MTC & batch number, with respective material kits, Joints hardness barcol test field joint inspection at site activities. Fire water & Portable water line hydro test 24 hrs. As per project requirements. Tie in joints existing line ISO Drawing and Functional test as per project requirements. Fire hydrant Installation, Deluge skid installation & Functional test as per project requirements. Joints hardness & barcol test field joint inspection at site activities. AOC Line & OD line Gravity Test As per project requirements Manhole to manhole GRE Piping installation and Leak Test Plant main drain lines and MC walk downs. Surveillance inspection of GRE spools and material storage area. Witnessing of laminator qualification test with GRE material, witnessing of hydro test of laminated joints for qualification. Underground firefighting piping (GRE), aragonite piping pressure test, hydro test and fire alarm & deluge water flushing spray functional test as per Project requirements

• Job Details:• Administering RFI request to Client and 3rd party and coordinate for inspection as identified in the respective discipline ITP • Raising Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out. Attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects. • Arranging for proper NDT requirements as per specifications • Meeting with related department to make composite decision about schedule, planning, project development in due time achievement. • Implementing latest tools to improve systems; conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance to quality standards. • Appraising the prevalent systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same. • Coordinating with the Architects, structural department, specialist’s suppliers, and other constituencies along the various stages of the project, to provide schematic design and subsequently the detail design. • Hydraulic analysis which helps to design the Chilled water circuit. • Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same. • Networking with consultants / clients / contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules. • Reviewing operational practices, identifying areas of obstruction / quality failures and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement. • Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects. • Administering installation, commissioning of equipment and providing utility services to the equipment. • Imparting training to the workforce and assisting them in meeting the assigned targets as well as operations group for smooth operation for enhancing the life of parts and equipment. • Welding Inspection: o Preparation of QA/QC procedures, WPS, Inspection & Test plan, weld map, NDT procedures Quality auditing o Experiences, for example Quality Management Systems, Quality Plans, QA/QC Procedures o Qualifying welding procedures, welder’s performance, Fabrication & welding Inspection in the field of construction and Erection, Inspection of pressure vessels, storage tanks, process piping, pipelines, Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, & Documentation. o Piping Inspection during Construction & Maintenance as per P & ID with pipeline numbering system Inspection of offshore pipelines & Structure’s o Witnessing of hydrostatic / pressure testing of piping & valves Materials Inspection o Plant Inspection, Visual corrosion survey of piping & oilfield static equipment's o Familiar with good working knowledge, and use of International Codes and Standard o Possess good knowledge in the interpretation of ASME, API, ANSI, BS Codes & specifications applicable for the Inspection of steel fabrication
